About The Event
Weight, an original play by Jan Sims, appears in three parts. Each segment delves into a conflicted relationship between pairs of women and their relationships to their bodies. A video chat between two women on opposite ends of the weight spectrum, a heated argument over parenting styles in a dance studio, and a bride-to-be’s search for the perfect dress.Â
