TAP Centre For Creativity programs exhibition, performance, and presentation opportunities where artists can create, collaborate and share. We welcome submissions from groups and individual artists interested in presenting in our facility. Our galleries, theatre, and studios are available to book for a wide range of creative events, such as music, poetry, dance, live theatre, film, visual arts, performance and more.
The Main Gallery
At 4,000 sqft with 13 foot ceilings, over 180 linear feet of hanging space, and a feature rotunda, the Main Gallery is an ideal space for exhibiting large bodies of works, presenting group exhibitions, and hosting receptions, performances, or other events. The Main Gallery features LED lighting tracks, an easy to use hanging system, a licensed bar, and flexible event seating options.
Standard Main Gallery exhibitions booking periods are two weeks per exhibition. Events in the Main Gallery can be booked for single or multiday events.

LAB 203
Adjacent to the Main Gallery, LAB 203 is a two section space that is ideal for exhibitions of small bodies of work, experimental projects, installations, duo artists, and artworks that require varied lighting. LAB 203 features LED lighting tracks and a window providing exhibiting artist visibility from the street from the street.
Standard LAB 203 exhibition booking periods are four weeks per exhibition.

The Bruce B. Johnson Theatre
The Bruce B. Johnson Theatre inside TAP Centre For Creativity can be booked for theatrical productions, concerts, film screenings, stand-up comedy, lectures and other cultural events. Bookings include seating for 74 in the default configuration, a backstage area, dressing rooms, the use of our lighting and sound consoles, plus a variety of stage lights, curtains and other relevant accessories that you may install to achieve your artistic vision.
Please note that accessible restrooms for cast can crew can be accessed back stage. Accessible washrooms are available for attendees via the main gallery.

The Cocker-Fulton Studio
The Cocker-Fulton Studio is our third floor open studio space, which is offered at an affordable booking rates to photographers, videographers, and more. At approximately 640 square feet, the studio has exposed brick walls, wood floors and large windows, making it an ideal setting for video shoots, photography sessions, rehearsals and small group meetings.
Please note that the third floor space is not accessible by elevator so all access is via stairs.
