Jessica Kliza

Jessica was born in 1985 in London, Ontario, the second oldest of five siblings. As a young kid, Jessica was extremely impressed by a pencil sketch her older brother made and she has been hooked on art ever since. She grew up drawing pictures for friends and then decided to take art more seriously by attending the Beal Art program here in London where she studied for 3 years. She then went on to study photography in the Image Arts program at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) where she received a B.F.A.

After graduating Jessica moved to Montreal, Quebec, where she lived and worked before returning to London. She continues to travel regularly, visiting art galleries and museums throughout the world to continue learning about art. As a visual artist she works in a variety of mediums including drawing, painting, collage and photography. She is very excited to be working as a resident artist here at TAP.
