Playing Well Anxiety Group

As people who experience anxiety may know, the consequences can be debilitating personally and professionally. This group may be a good fit if you are wanting to cope better with self-doubt and take part in social activities more successfully. In the Playing Well Anxiety Group, Dr. Jared French and Dr. Chantelle Lloyd strive to create an environment where group members can take good risks and explore the unknown, together. Combining improvisational activities and games, psychoeducation, and group processing, our goal is to challenge and transform feelings of shame, the fear of making mistakes, and the desire to do things perfectly.
