HAVE A MONTHLY IMPACT ON YOUR ARTS COMMUNITY
TAP has a role of building community and in healing.
As a donor, you can help us.
Will you help us heal our community now and when this pandemic is over? Your donation ensures TAP will be here now and in the future to get us through these challenging times. We need you to make creativity a priority in this pandemic.
TAP is among the many arts and cultural organizations nationwide whose programming is not being supported by government provided emergency funds excluding CEWS.

One Voice for Arts + Culture, a newly formed advocacy group, surveyed the culture sector back in the summer. Many of the respondents were smaller organizations who were not eligible for the $500-million pledged in emergency funding for culture and amateur sport by the federal government. 20% of the respondents said that they wouldn’t survive beyond 2020; another 20% said they didn’t know. Employment in the arts and culture sector was also heavily impacted by the closures and the slow return to activities has not allowed for a return of these employment opportunities.
