Workshop: Paint Your Inner Voice

1)Get mindful 2) Set an intention 3) Dance it out 4) Paint intuitively 5) Witness/ journal / dialogue/ with what you've created 6) Share/ witness the group's creations, all in a safe, comment-free, contained atmosphere. This is a public workshop that is available through LDN Convergence, a two-week long multidisciplinary artist residency here at TAP.

Bio: I got my master's degree in art therapy from Concordia University in 2015, and spent 2016 doing art therapy with children in Guatemala. I've been in private practice in London, Ontario since 2017, working with children and families through Victim's Services, and with people with dementia at a long-term care facility. I have facilitated 4 intuitive creation workshops and regularly host monthly intuitive painting workshops with friends in my home.
