About The Event
The artists upstairs are coming downstairs, and they are bringing new work with them!
It’s that time of year where we get to celebrate TAP’s creative core: our resident artists. Upstairs Downstairs is an annual exhibition that highlights the community of resident artists who work in our studios. These artists represent various disciplines including ceramics, mixed media, drawing, and painting. To learn more and connect with TAP’s Resident Artists CLICK HERE

We invite you to attend this year’s Upstairs Downstairs exhibit and explore the remarkable work our artists are creating right here at TAP!
Upstairs Downstairs is in the Main Gallery from September 15th to October 3rd, 2026.
Please join us on Saturday September 19th from 6 - 7pm for an opening reception to celebrate this exhibition before the start of Nuit Blanche London! All are welcome.
After the opening, as part of Nuit Blanche London our artists are opening their studios between 7pm - 11pm, so don’t miss this opportunity to connect with them in their working spaces. The evening will also include activities in the Bruce B. Johnson Theatre, and Good Foundation Studios. Nuit Blanche London will activate the city as a living, breathing site of artistic exploration. Once again, Dundas Street will become a canvas, inviting artists, audiences, and communities to experience the urban landscape through large-scale, temporary installations and interventions in new and unexpected ways. This free event is organized by the London Society of Architects (LSA) in partnership with the City of London, with support from the local arts community.
