About The Event

Join us in the gallery as part of Art Crawl Thursdays for a performance from Trout Fish Derby June 4th from 6-8pm. All are welcome at this free event.

Trout Fish Derby is the post experimental collaboration of guitarist Warren Pratten and electronic musician Alex Schmoll. The two first crossed paths as members of the Magic Daffodils and quickly discovered a strong musical rapport.

The sound has been described as a sonic ride that lives somewhere between experimental spontaneity, and hypnotica. The vibe is chill, vivid and dreamlike. Using loops, drones, programmed beats, found sounds, prepared tapes, and spoken word, they layer, sculpt, and improvise to shape each performance.

Art Crawl Thursdays explore arts, culture and performance on the first Thursday of each month in London, Ontario. Check out Instagram to view particiapting spaces and events.
