Ting Pop! - Zine Expo

As part of this year’s festival, we are excited to add Ting Pop! a celebration of DIY zine creators and self-publishers to Tingfest's events and programming. Ting Pop! is a showcase of publications and original materials created by BealArt students, Ting and BealArt alumni and established Forest City zinesters. Purchase artist books, comics, zines and handmade items by the coolest gathering of creators right here at TAP. This is your opportunity to collect stories that fall outside mainstream publishing at our first Ting expo.

Then join us for our Zine Panel featuring great zine creators including Jesse Jacobs, Jenna Rose Sands and Jill Clair. This will be an engaging talk with our panel guests led by host Josh Lambier, Founding Director of the Public Humanities at Western and the Artistic Director of Wordsfest. This program is sponsored by Ignatz-nominated cartoonist and Ting Committee Chair Diana Tamblyn.
