About The Event
Bad Kid is a study of the ties between self-worth and twenty-two continuous years of schooling. Part poetry, part art, and part archive, the collection explores the creation of self through the lens of institutionalized learning and seeks to unearth the triumphant results and subsequent consequences of grading intelligence and quantifying creativity.
Sydney Brooman is an emerging artist in TAP's Emerging Artist Studio Program.
